  During a time of mourning and grief where some funeral businesses would choose to take advantage of their clients, Mr. Falcon was a breath of fresh air and assisted me every step of the way through my mother's final preparations. He never once tried to take financial advantage of me and followed my wishes without hesitation and provided me with support at a time where I needed it the most in my life. The professionalism and respect that I received was needed much and allowed me time to grieve over the loss of my mother. While I drove from another state, they brought my mother back from Round Rock so that I could say goodbye to her. Not everyone would have done that and the closure it brought was sorely needed. Affordable Burial & Cremation is now the standard for me in terms of the funeral industry. There are not enough "thank yous" in the world to adequately capture my gratitude. Thank you for everything.

  My husband passed away at home. Temple Mortuary picked him up and they said they passed his remains onto Affordable Burial, without opening the bag. When he left he had his wedding band and watch on. I called Affordable Burial to make sure that they had his wedding ring and watch. They said that they were not at the office, but would check later and call me, which they didn't. When I called back, they said that his personal property would be returned with his ashes. When I went to pick up this ashes, there was no ring or watch. They checked with austin and they check the inventory form and said there was no jewelry, it was within a couple minutes, so I know they did not do a search for it. I am very upset that they would not have his wedding band and watch to return to me. I am hoping that they will do some searching and find it.

  We found out about Mr. Robert and Affordable Burial thru the chaplain that attended our family in time of grief. We are so glad he did! My mothers wishes of donating part of funeral cost money to a cause came true as my father would have wished it to be also, Mr. Robert Falcon was friendly, clear in all his instructions and handling of paper work. We chose the "Evening
  Gathering" package, where we had a 3 hour service with remains present than cremation. The best moment for our family was to open the casket and see the wonderful embalming work done on my dad, he looked 10 years younger, he looked like the profesor, pastor and intellectual person he was, not the suffering, in pain person we last saw at the hospital. Thank you again and may you continue to offer the grieving affordable options!

  These are the most caring and compassionate people EVER! Not to mention the MOST affordable. Every aspect of my step father's funeral was handled with respect and dignity. Unlike so many other funeral businesses these loving people DO NOT try to rake you over the coals by exploiting a very had time in your life and milking every penny they can from you. Just because they are "affordable" does not mean they are "cheap". They are the standard by which EVERY funeral home should model themselves by.
